These terms describe the general conditions for using the Univate Learning Portal and participating in instructor-led training programs.

Training registrations

Course registrations are subject to seat availability, participant eligibility, and confirmation by the Univate training team. Group training may require a separate scope confirmation and delivery schedule.

Participant responsibilities

Participants are expected to provide accurate registration details, attend scheduled sessions, follow classroom guidelines, and use shared course materials only for authorized learning purposes.

Program changes

Univate may update course schedules, delivery format, trainer allocation, or program content when required for operational, regulatory, or quality reasons. Confirmed learners will be informed of material changes.

Intellectual property

Training materials, templates, exercises, recordings, and related resources remain the intellectual property of Univate or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.
